Caffe D’Amore Selected As Official Coffee
Of Pasadena Tournament Of Roses®

To Be Formally Aligned With Iconic 119-Year-Old Event
PASADENA, CA., September 15, 2007 - Representing both a significant coup and genuine honor within the competitive coffee industry, Pasadena-based Caffe D’Amore has been selected as the Official Coffee of the Pasadena Tournament of Roses® for at least the next three years, it was announced today by Caffe D’Amore’s CEO Chris Julias.
This marks only the second time that a coffee brand has been deemed the Official Coffee of the Tournament of Roses in the event’s distinguished 119 year-old history.
Chef Emeril Lagasse will serve as the Grand Marshal for the 2008 Tournament of Roses Parade, the theme of which will be “Passport to the World's Celebrations,” paying tribute to festivities from around the globe. Given Caffe D’Amore’s roots in the 18th century culture of Northern Italy and popular lines of culturally-varied specialty beverages, this international theme makes the company’s new association with the Tournament of Roses especially timely.
As an Official Sponsor of the Tournament of Roses, Caffe D’Amore’s gourmet line of Bellagio coffee will be featured at every Tournament of Roses event at which coffee is served. The 119th Rose Parade® will take place on Tuesday, January 1, 2008, at 8:00 a.m. (PST), featuring majestic floral floats, high-stepping equestrian units and spirited marching bands from throughout the nation. Following the Rose Parade, at 2:00 p.m. (PST), the 94th Rose Bowl Game® will offer a match up between two championship teams showcasing the best of collegiate football.
